About the project
An online ESG report designed for Leroy Merlin Poland. This interactive PDF features full hyperlinks and navigation tabs, showcasing the company’s ESG activities and employment data. Created according to GRI indexing standards, this 80-page report is updated annually.
ESG is an acronym formed from the first letters of the English words “Environmental,” “Social” and “Governance.” The acronym identifies factors to be considered when determining the impact of companies and investments on the broader environment in non-financial or sustainability reporting. Reporting on ESG factors (sustainability reporting) is intended to be an important part of the energy transition and the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals adopted by United Nations (UN) member countries in 2015.
An ESG report is a sustainability report, it is the part of a company’s management report that contains information about the impact of its activities on sustainability issues. So we’re talking about how the company’s impact on the environment (E) and society (S), and how the company is managed by individuals and decision-making bodies (G).
